The Mickey Rourke Club.
I am offically on the Mickey bandwagon. Last night I watched his new film "The Wrestler". I liked it, not the greatest of endings but Mickey Rourke gave one of those performances that leaves you not being able to picture anyone else playing the part.
Throw in his awesome too cool for school acceptance of his Best Actor Award at the Golden Globes and Mickey has officially been added to my favorite actors list. I'm not sure if it was the hair, the shiny scarf, the almost fall going up the stairs, but the speech made me wanna see every movie he's ever made.
Welcome back to being famous Mickey, welcome back.

remember when i was going to name my dog Mickey Rourke cause I saw Rumblefish and fell in love with him?
Great movie. Usually I wouldnt be attracted to a movie named The wrestler but I was pleasantly surprised. It took me a few seconds to get that he died in the end. I wish he would have just got off stage and followed his stripper girlfriend instead... oh well
